WappCloud Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency, giving customers confidence in their transactions with WappCloud while protecting against potential misuse of the refund process.

  1. Free Trial Period WappCloud offers a 30-day free trial for new users, allowing them to explore the features of the Basic Plan and the Chatbot Flows add-on without any commitment. Since no credit card is required to start the trial, users will not incur any charges during this period.
  2. Paid Subscriptions Once the free trial ends, users who subscribe to any of WappCloud’s paid plans are not eligible for a refund. The trial period is provided to help users decide if WappCloud meets their needs. If a user is not satisfied during the trial, they can cancel at any time without being charged. However, after subscribing to a paid plan, refunds are not issued, though users can cancel their subscription to avoid future billing.
  3. Non-Refundable Services All WappCloud services, including subscription fees, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, and third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of these services. This also applies to one-time payments for services like chatbot development and setup fees.
  4. Technical Issues If users experience ongoing technical issues that significantly affect their ability to use the platform, and these issues are confirmed by WappCloud’s support team, a partial or full refund may be issued at WappCloud's discretion.
  5. Unauthorized Charges In the event of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should contact WappCloud’s support team immediately. Verified claims will result in a full refund.
  6. Cancellation Policy Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be given for any remaining time on the subscription, unless special circumstances apply, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  7. Support for Refund Requests For any questions or concerns regarding refunds, users can reach out to WappCloud’s support team, which is dedicated to providing timely and personalized assistance.
